Meet the Australian Women’s Ice Hockey League

This past summer, the people at Die By the Blade, Stanley Cup of Chowder and Pension Plan Puppets threw their support behind teams competing in the Australian Ice Hockey League (or AIHL) in the face of a long offseason for both the Bruins and the Leafs.

With the Australian Women’s Ice Hockey League dropping the puck on their 10th season this weekend, we here at the Ice Garden are gearing up to follow them along for the ride.

However, instead of picking a single team to support we’re going to follow all of them. You don’t necessarily have to do that, though. And to help you make a decision about what team you’re going to call your own, if you so choose, we’ve made a handy flow chart to guide you through the ins and outs of picking what team you’re going to support from across the ocean.
