How to Watch Rivalry Rematch between USA and Canada
It’s been less than a month since these two teams last met, but this time instead of being for all the marbles, USA and Canada are playing in an exhibition game put on by the PWHPA and the NHL’s Pittsburgh Penguins, dubbed the “Rivalry Rematch.”
The two teams from the gold medal game will face off at 4 p.m. eastern at the home of the Penguins’ PPG Paints Arena.

Players
The big missing piece out of the rosters as compared to Beijing is the players who could return to their college teams.
For the US this includes defenders Cayla Barnes (BC) and Caroline Harvey (committed to Wisconsin) and forwards Grace Zumwinkle (Minnesota) and Abbey Murphy (Minnesota). Brianna Decker is obviously still out with the injury she sustained in the first game of the Olympics. Canada will be without defender Ashton Bell (Minnesota-Duluth) and forwards Sarah Fillier (Princeton) and Emma Maltais (Ohio State).
Coaches
The teams also won’t have their National Team coaches behind the bench. Instead the players will be coached by some familiar faces.
Behind the bench for the US is Hockey Hall of Famer and legend Cammi Granato. She’ll be joined by Emily Matheson, a former US National Team and PWHPA player. Canada will have Cassie Campbell Pascall and PWHPA operations consultant Jayna Hefford as coaches.
