In an announcement on Friday, the New York Sirens announced that they will play their home games for the 2024-2025 season at Prudential Center. The team called it their "primary home venue."

Prudential Center, home of the New Jersey Devils (NHL), is located in Newark, New Jersey.

The team played two home games at Prudential Center last season and recorded a record-high season attendance of over 5,000 fans.

"We saw last season how quickly Prudential Center and our loyal fans could create an electrifying atmosphere," Pascal Daost, New York GM said, "Our players and staff are thrilled to and can't wait to play again in this high-class venue."

New York played at a variety of venues for their home games last year, with three different venues in three different states. With four games at Total Mortgage Arena (CT), six at UBS Arena (NY) and two at Prudential Center (NJ), fans and players alike couldn't find a rhythm.

The team had the fewest home wins in the league (four) and the lowest attendance record. Having one solid location for the season will help the players feel more at home, and help the fans create a habit of attending games.

Of course, having the first overall pick and a solid draft class should help solidify both the attendance record and the win record.

The Sirens will practice at Essex County Codey Arena in West Orange, NJ.
